After breakfast, start your journey from Manali towards the remote landscapes of Lahaul. The route takes you towards the Atal Tunnel and onwards into the high Himalayan terrain. Continue towards Keylong and then drive along the Bhaga River to reach Jispa, a peaceful mountain village surrounded by spectacular peaks. Spend the evening relaxing and acclimatizing to the increasing altitude.

Today, the expedition enters the spectacular Trans-Himalayan landscape of Spiti. After breakfast, leave Jispa and continue towards the remote mountain roads leading to Spiti Valley. Cross the magnificent Kunzum Pass and witness dramatic barren mountains, glaciers and vast Himalayan valleys. Continue through Losar and the Spiti Valley before finally reaching Kaza, the administrative and cultural centre of the valley. Check in to your accommodation and relax after the long mountain drive.

After breakfast, set out to explore some of the most iconic places around Kaza. Begin with a visit to the famous Key Monastery, dramatically positioned on a hill overlooking the Spiti River. Continue towards Kibber Village and then Chicham, where you can experience the unique lifestyle and architecture of the high-altitude villages. Visit the spectacular Chicham Bridge and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains before returning to Kaza in the evening.

Today is dedicated to exploring some of the highest and most fascinating villages of Spiti Valley. Start from Kaza and drive towards Langza, famous for its giant Buddha statue, fossil-rich surroundings and spectacular Himalayan views. From Langza, continue to Hikkim, known for its high-altitude post office. The journey then continues to Komic, one of the highest motorable villages in the region. Spend some time exploring the villages and experiencing the traditional culture of Spiti before returning to Kaza for the night.

After breakfast, leave Kaza and begin the journey towards the spectacular Chandratal Lake. Drive through the rugged landscapes of Spiti Valley, passing through remote mountain terrain and beautiful valleys. On reaching the Chandratal region, take a short walk towards the stunning crescent-shaped lake surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. Spend the evening at the campsite, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and clear mountain skies.
